Our Administration Team
Overview
The management and administration team at Hunter Plastic Surgery includes professionals with extensive experience in Newcastle and across Australia.
They look forward to assisting you when you visit.
Amber Moncrieff
Amber is our Practice Director. She and Dr Moncrieff founded Hunter Plastic Surgery together in 2009.
Amber previously held senior roles in business and politics in Sydney and Canberra. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and degrees in Law and Commerce.
Alex Miguel
Alex is our Practice Manager, responsible for the management of our clinic and patients. She works closely with our patients to help them understand the surgical process. She also manages our suppliers and hospitals to ensure the best experience possible is provided to our patients.
Alex previously held corporate roles in Sydney and managed hospitality businesses across Australia. Alex has completed training with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in practice management and is a founding member of the NSW Plastic Surgery Practice Managers Group.
Lisa O'Connor
Lisa is our Office Administrator and looks after our patients to ensure their experience from the front desk to hospital scheduling is managed smoothly. Lisa is there to answer any questions our patients have regarding their upcoming surgery including the pre-operative and post-operative processes involved.
Lisa has over 15 years of experience in the medical field including administrative roles in general practice as well as a position as a senior pathology collector for a large multinational company.
Jessica Laing
Jessica is our Administration Assistant and is often the first friendly and professional point of contact for our patients on the phone or in our clinic. She has previously worked in a general practice so has a strong understanding of the referral process and the flow of information between your doctor and our surgeon.
Jessica has completed training in office administration.
