Overview
Facial implants are designed to enhance facial features by creating volume and smooth, round contours - creating a proportional and balanced appearance. Although they can be used alone, facial implants are often used in conjunction with other cosmetic procedures for a more total effect.

Chin
Chin implants can help provide a better balance to one's face for a dramatically more attractive look. It helps strengthen the jawline and/or brings the chin into balance with the rest of the face. A chin implant surgery can be performed alone, or with other procedures including rhinoplasty, to restore facial harmony.
Total expected price range: $6,000 to $7000. This includes the surgeon's fee, anaesthetist's fee and hospital costs.
Procedure: Performed under General Anaesthetic in hospital
Hospital Stay: Day only
Recovery: sutures for 5 days and bruising and swelling for two weeks

Cheek
Flat cheeks are a feature of aging although are sometimes present in young individuals. In these cases, cheek, or ‘malar', implants can help restore the balance and harmony of the facial features. Cheek implants are inserted through an internal incision in the upper lip of the mouth, so there are no visible scars.

Lack of nasal projection can be remedied by the insertion of a nasal implant. This is usually done in conjunction with other nasal reshaping surgery (or rhinoplasty).
